Content Removal

Where to send a request

removals@hunaipot.com

We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 10. Reports about a minor are handled immediately, at any hour.

Every persona on Hunaipot is synthetic, and the content we publish is generated rather than filmed. Even so, a generated image can resemble a real person, material can be published somewhere it should not be, and a customer can change their mind. This page is how you tell us.

Who can ask

  • Anyone who believes content resembles them or uses their likeness, voice, or name.
  • A rights holder whose copyright or trademark has been used without permission.
  • A customer who wants content they generated withdrawn from our own marketing.
  • Anyone at all reporting content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. You do not need to be involved to report it.
  • A parent, guardian, or representative acting for someone else, including a law enforcement or regulatory body.

What to send

Enough for us to find the content and understand the problem:

  • a link, or a description of where you saw it;
  • what the problem is, in your own words, and which of the categories above applies;
  • how to reach you, and whether you are the person concerned or acting for them;
  • for a rights claim, enough to show you hold the right, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised.

Do not send intimate images of yourself as evidence. If we need something to compare against we will ask, and we will tell you how to send it securely.

What happens next

  • Within 2 working days we acknowledge that we have your request and tell you who is handling it.
  • Immediately, for anything involving a minor or apparent non-consensual intimate imagery: we remove the content first and investigate afterwards, and we report it where we are required to.
  • Within 10 working days we decide. If we remove the content we tell you what we removed and where. If we do not, we tell you why.
  • If you disagree, reply and say so. A different person reviews it. You can also complain to a regulator, and nothing here affects any legal right you have.

What we can and cannot reach

We can remove content from our own site, our own marketing, and our own platform, and we can close the account behind it.

We cannot remove content from a fan platform, a social network, or a third-party site that a customer published to. Those are their accounts on someone else's service. Where we can identify the account we will tell you which platform it is on so you can use their process, and where we are asked by that platform or by a court we will help.

Once something has been distributed, copies may exist beyond anyone's reach. We will not pretend otherwise.

Customers withdrawing content from our marketing

Clause 7 of our Terms of Service gives us a licence to use content generated on the platform in our own promotional material. If you would rather a particular item were not used, email removals@hunaipot.com and we will stop future use where we reasonably can. We may not be able to recall material already distributed, and the licence itself survives; this is a request we honour, not a right you are exercising.

Requests about your personal data

Erasure, access, and the other data rights are handled separately. See our Privacy Policy and write to data@hunaipot.com with the subject "FAO DPO".

Bad-faith requests

We do not charge for this and we would rather review ten requests that come to nothing than miss one that mattered. We will, however, decline to act on requests that are repetitive, are aimed at a competitor, or are plainly made to harass.
