Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy sets out what may and may not be created, requested, or published using Hunaipot. It applies to everyone who uses the site, the platform, or our done-for-you services, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can cost you your account without refund.
All personas on Hunaipot are synthetic. They are not real people and no real performers are involved in producing their content. Nothing in this policy asks you to prove otherwise; it asks you not to use synthetic tools to do harm that would be harmful either way.
1. Absolute prohibitions
These have no exceptions, no artistic defence, and no "it is not real" defence.
- Minors. No material that depicts, or appears to depict, a person under 18 in a sexual or suggestive context. This covers fictional, stylised, animated, and AI-generated depictions, and characters described as adults but presented as children. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and preserve the associated account records.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery. No sexual material depicting a real person who has not given documented, informed consent, and nothing derived from intimate images shared without consent.
- Trafficking and coercion. No content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coerced participation, and none that sexualises non-consent.
2. Real people
You must not use the likeness, face, voice, name, or other identifying features of a real identifiable person without that person's documented, informed consent. Public figures, celebrities, influencers, and people you know personally are all included.
In practice this means: do not upload a photograph of someone as a reference unless you have their written permission, do not prompt for a named real person, and do not build a persona designed to be mistaken for one.
3. Also prohibited
- Content that is unlawful where it is created or where it is published.
- Extreme violence, gore presented sexually, bestiality, incest, and content sexualising serious harm.
- Material promoting terrorism, violent extremism, hatred against a protected group, or self-harm.
- Impersonation, fraud, and any scheme designed to deceive people into payments they have not agreed to. Operating a persona openly as a creator account is fine; telling a subscriber they are paying a specific real individual who does not exist is not.
- Anything that breaks the rules of a platform you publish to, including that platform's rules on disclosing AI-generated material.
4. Your obligations when you publish
You are the operator of whatever you build. That means you are responsible for labelling and disclosing AI-generated material where the law or a platform requires it, for age-gating your audience where required, and for meeting the tax, advertising, and record-keeping rules that apply where you operate.
Read your fan platform's own terms. They change, they are enforced by that platform and not by us, and losing an account there is not something we can undo.
5. Using the service itself
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, bulk-extract, or reverse engineer the platform, or use its output to train a competing model;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the platform without our written consent;
- work around content filters, safety systems, or generation limits.
6. How we enforce this
We may review, refuse, remove, or restrict content, and we may suspend or close an account. For a first, minor, clearly accidental breach we will usually warn you and remove the material. For a serious breach, and always for anything in section 1, we close the account immediately and without refund, preserve the records, and report it where we are required to.
If you think we have got a decision wrong, write to hello@hunaipot.com and say so. We will look again.
7. Reporting a problem
To report content that breaks this policy, or to ask for content to be taken down, use our content removal route. Urgent reports about the safety of a minor go to hello@hunaipot.com marked URGENT, and to your local law enforcement.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy sit alongside it.
