What "AI-generated" means here

A persona is a set of parameters, not a person. Its face, body, voice, and style are produced by generative models and held stable so the same character appears across every image and video. There is no original photograph of a real individual behind it, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

Generated output can contain errors and artefacts. It is not a record of anything that happened.

Why there are no performer records

Record-keeping regimes for adult material, including 18 U.S.C. 2257 in the United States, exist to prove that identifiable performers in a production were adults and consented. They attach to imagery of real human beings.

Hunaipot produces no such imagery, so there are no performers to identify, no ages to verify, and no releases to hold. We do not claim compliance with a regime that does not apply to us, because claiming it would imply records exist that do not.

If you publish material that does involve a real person, whether alongside a persona or otherwise, those obligations are yours and this statement does not cover them.

How we keep real people out of the output

• Our Acceptable Use Policy bars the likeness, face, voice, or name of a real identifiable person without that person's documented, informed consent, and bars any depiction of a minor absolutely.
• Those rules are contractual. They sit in clause 8 of the Terms of Service and breaking them costs the account.
• Uploaded reference material is subject to the same rules, and you confirm you hold the rights to anything you submit.
• We review, refuse, and remove content, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Anyone can report content that appears to resemble a real person through our content removal route, whether or not they are involved.

Age

This site and platform are for adults. You must be at least 18, and old enough to view adult material where you live, to use them. All depicted characters are adults; personas presented as minors are prohibited without exception.

Disclosure when you publish

You are responsible for labelling AI-generated material where the law or a platform requires it. Several fan platforms and social networks now require an AI or synthetic-media label, and the requirement is theirs to enforce, not ours. Check the rules of every platform you publish to, and label accordingly.
